With deep sadness, we announce the passing of John, who was born on January 1^st, 1940 and passed away on January 1^st, 2024 in {location}.

John and Faith took in my mom, step dad, sister and me, a lost 6 year old boy and showed me love. They provided shelter, food and safety for a broken child in the summer of 1988. I have never forgotten the kindness and generosity John and Faith showed, and it has guided my choices in life. Through their love, faith and spirituality the Ball's showed me that even if life tosses dirt or other things in your face, you have the strength to clean yourself off and make something of yourself, if you have the determination to do so. Thank you, John for being such a wonderful person, father figure and positive role model.
