The tide recedes but leaves behind seashells in the sand.
The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers on the land.
The music stops, and yet it echoes on in sweet refrain...
For every joy that passes, something beautiful remains

Happy Heavenly Birthday, Barb! Wow I miss you. I talked to you today about that so maybe you got the message. My favorite memories of you are actually when we would be the first ones to wake up when we were at your house. You had your slippers and robe on, we would sit outside and drink our coffee and chat. You were so easy to talk to. I loved those chats just the two of us. I love how much you loved Molly. That always warmed my heart to see you with her. Playing Mexican train and cards. You were always up for an adventure with us - Costa Rica and Italy, watching the Avett Brothers in Vegas. Thank you for such great memories. We miss you and celebrate you today.

Happy birthday Grammy! Some of my favorite memories of you are when we went to Italy and walked around the towns, got gelato every day, and we got go to Italian restaurants. I also loved going to the Barbie museum with you and the butterfly sanctuary. I honored you today by sailing, going to the beach and writing your name in the sand. We are also going to eat cake tonight for you. I love and miss you so much.

What was Barbara 's favorite Travel destination?
Barb loved to travel. We were lucky enough to travel to Costa Rica with her twice and to Italy to watch Molly sail. When she visited us in San Diego she always loved to see the ocean and walk on the beach (don't forget the ice cream after- best part)
