Obituary
With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Trenton Matthew Curl, who was born on September 6, 2004 and passed away on May 17, 2026.
Trenton will be remembered for his love, laughter, kindness, and out going personality. Family and friends all experienced the warmth and sincerity that made time spent with Trenton meaningful.
Throughout life, Trenton built lasting connections and touched many lives through simple acts of care, his loving personality, laughter, encouragement, and friendship. Conversations, shared moments, and everyday kindness created memories that will remain with those who had the privilege of knowing Trenton.
Family meant the world to Trenton, and relationships were always nurtured with so much love. Friends valued loyalty, the smile her always portrayed, and kindness he brought.
The passing of Trenton leaves a space that cannot be filled. Yet the memories, lessons, and moments shared will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know Trenton.
Trenton will be so deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

We just love Trenton. Love him like our own. He is one of the funniest and kindest people I’ve ever met. He always had us laughing on all our vacations, graduations, birthday parties, and acrosse tournaments. We will miss having him around so much.
Trenton was always up to take on dares or try new things. One time, I can’t remember who, if it was one of the boys or Dave, dared him to eat a big spoonful of horse radish. He didn’t back down! He did it, although it didn’t end well. Hahaha, he ended up spitting it out in the end. He was always teasing my husband and boys, which I loved, he could dish it out and he could take it too.
Another thing I always admired about Trenton was his willingness to help complete strangers. One time we were waiting on him to go to dinner and he was late. We were wondering where the heck he was! While on the way over, he had noticed a mom broken down with her kids in the car, and had pulled over to help her fix her car and get it going again. That was Trenton for you though, always willing to help with a big smile on his face and lots of laughter.
We will miss you and Faithe. Thanks for always making us laugh!

We really enjoyed our time with Trenton. We had several family vacations with Trenton and family and enjoyed them all.
Trenton made those times fun. He was always cracking jokes, and more importantly, he always laughed at my jokes, even the bad ones.
Snowboarding, he'd always be stuck off the trail, buried in snow in a tree well, or getting pulled out of deep powder by a skier. He broke his collarbone on one trip, where we joked that it happened on the flattest possible spot on the mountain.
We went mountain biking in Tennessee and he crashed multiple times. One time he flew off the trail and was 20 feet down the mountain in the wrong direction.
I'd tease him about these things, but he was always a good sport and never gave up.
He'd also give it back...he would mock my hacky sack skills, bouncing around the room doing impressions of my kicking motions.
One time we were eating dinner with the family. We were winding down and Trenton was in the kitchen eating some dessert. Trenton has a nut allergy and someone mentioned the dessert had nuts in it. Trenton quickly ran to the trash can, buried his face in it and frantically tried to spit it out. It was about then that we realized actually there were no nuts in that dessert and told Trenton that. With his face still buried in the trash, he turned to us and said, "ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!"
Another time my daughter was playing hacky sack after a lacrosse game. They had accidentally hit the hacky sack on top of the roof of a neighboring building. We sent Trenton to work to retrieve it, being held up by the ankles by Thomas. He got it!
Trenton was a great kid. We had a lot of fun times and he will be very missed.

during our laser tag adventure we were being overly competitive and I got carpet burn from running from you in sandals and even though you beat me and I hate losing, it was the best game of laser tag I’d ever play. you are missed dearly trentito

Yellowstone, Tennessee and Northern California where we spent time as a family visiting National Parks.

You would find Trenton at the gym lifting.

Although he played baseball throughout his life you would always find Trenton watching football, boxing and golf with his family and friends.

Trenton’s passion for golf was something else. Day and night he was golfing in some degree.
What cause was important to Trenton?
health, he was fascinated and love learning about health and living a healthier life.
What was Trenton's favorite Local spot?
Where ever Trenton’s friends and family were. You would find him, hanging out at home, Faithe’s family, restaurants with his friends. He loved to be around his loved ones.
What was Trenton's favorite Food or Dish?
Steak - if there was a steak to eat he was eating it or cooking it.
