Dear friend,
My words for you and my memories are filled with gratitude. Thank you for all the moments that will be forever etched in my DNA, the tattoos that will remain on my soul—one of those that truly lasts forever. I am deeply grateful for the path and the time we spent traveling together, making our existence a little better. You were a great life teacher to me, and when I remember you, my eyes fill with tears—not out of sadness, because I know we transcended that long ago. I believe what flows from my eyes are all the memories that no longer fit inside me, spilling out only to remind me that they will always be present within me. Because with every memory, my DNA vibrates in harmony, and you come to life again.
You will be immortalized in my greatest stories as an adventurer, a teacher, a brother, a mirror, a healer… without a doubt, a human being in the truest sense of the word, and yet, even more than that. Thank you for sharing your light with the world and with others. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to receive a little of that light, because now, in my words, I also find you: in my mistakes, in my yearnings, and in my thoughts.
I hope that when it’s time to travel with you again, whether in another world, another time, or another universe, we can recognize each other, and I can tell you that my bags are already packed, as they were every two years, ready to enjoy another journey together. We remain here, and you, wherever you are now, I wish you a new adventure filled with all possible challenges and lessons. Your journey does not end—it simply continues, and part of your luggage stays with us.
Thank you, my friend. I hope to see you until our next adventure. With much love and much light,
Dear friend.

I was lucky enough to have known Tom, if only for a short part of his life. We met at school and soon became friends.
I had just moved to the area and being at a new school was very tough. Tom and I became friends quickly, he was so kind and loyal and had the cheekiest sense of humour, everyone in the whole class loved him. Tom was truly my first ever best friend, and how lucky I was.
Even though so many years have gone by and we lost touch, I often would think about what he was up to and the kind of man he had turned out to be.
To see the pictures on here and read the stories of peoples memories of him, it is exactly as I thought. A fascinating, captivating and unique man who lived life to the full.
I'm only so sorry that we never got the opportunity to reconnect.
Rest in peace my friend

I was only fortunate to have known Tom for a small period of his life, for the couple of years we were at college together. He was a good friend, and the times we spent together with Jodi & Carrie were always full of joy and laughter and even 25 years later I often look back to those days with such fondness, which is a testiment to his natural ability to leave a lasting impression on all those who knew him.
I am so saddened to hear of his passing and send my love to Lucy, Kate and all his family.

I became close with Tom in 1998 and spent some amazing years at college with him building some colourful, vivid to this day memories. We entered the wonderful strange world of not kids but deffo not adults with a group of us trying to navigate that with some kind of coolness. I was absolutely besotted with Tom...as it appears most people who spent time with him were. His class and charm, partnered with that glint in his eye, mischievousness and lust for life was adorable and infectious. I tried over the years to maintain contact, but Tom was a free spirit out there living his best life so was almost impossible to locate. That doesn't stop the impact he had on my life and I am so truly sad that I will never be able to experience his authentic beautiful self. Picture of us is 1999, after my 18th birthday party. Rest up gorgeous xxxx

Tom was my lover and sweet partner in 2004-2005. We traveled the world from australia where we sky dived in the blue mountains, to skiing in the french alps, to Edinburgh Scotland staying at the glasshouse, to Paris, to my Hometown of North Carolina to visit my family and him having some good ol southern food, and nyc where we would go back and forth from London where we lived. Going all over the uk. We loved going to Manchester and Leeds clubbing and bar hopping and him letting me drive (on the left side of the road which I’m not used to) too Milton Keynes in the Lexus convertible top down to go indoor skiing. I especially have fond memories of visiting the family in March where he is from. We shared some great beautiful memories. Rip my love. You’re with your momma now and I know yall are rejoicing. 🙏🏻💐🩵

In Loving Memory of Tom
I met Tom during my room hunt in London. He was my landlord then, but quickly became one of my dearest friends. We shared so much laughter, deep and meaningful conversations, tears, and countless joyful moments. Together we organised dinners and barbecue parties at his house — gatherings filled with warmth and connection. My friends became his friends; everyone who met him loved him.
For two unforgettable months, Tom, his carers, and I lived together in Mexico — truly some of the best days of our lives. No matter where he was in the world, we always stayed in touch — through messages, long phone calls, or simply by feeling each other’s presence across the distance.
I will miss him more than words can say.
Tom, you are free again — free from pain, free to travel through any universe your soul desires. Please visit me now and then, as you always did. We never really needed a phone — our energies were always connected, and always will be.
With love, always.

The older picture is from 1999 I think, the top one from 24th September 2016 - 17 years apart but when we randomly met up the night before my wedding, it was like no time had passed at all. We reminisced about the college days, playing "shithead" in the smoking room, and that afternoon we were drinking vodka and Lilt - and lounging in your back garden. I decided to do a cartwheel in a long tight skirt....the rip could be heard miles away and you and Natali could barely breathe, you were both laughing so hard! I'm sad we didn't keep in touch more but so happy with the memories I have. Love you always Tom xxx

🕊️ For Tom 🩷
We were in India — young, free, and full of life. I still remember that night so clearly… we went to a party, had a few cocktails, and danced like the world was ours. Around 2 a.m., we ended up in the middle of the road, laughing so hard we couldn’t breathe, singing out loud under the empty sky. You pulled me close and asked me to sit on your lap — and there we were, just two souls lost in the moment, screaming, laughing, and feeling infinite.
A year later, I moved to Europe, but our bond never faded. You came to visit me, and those days were some of the happiest of my life. We were so happy together — you with your smile that could light up anything, and me, feeling complete just by your side.
I love you so much, Tom. You will always be a part of me.
If there’s another life after this one, I’m sure we’ll find each other again. 🩷

This photo was taken on my birthday in Mexico. We were staying in this weird hotel that was used by men to pay woman to spend the night with them. The room had these funny little revolving shutters that you could request all sorts of things to be delivered anonymously, lube, toys and a host of other things. Tom loved all that. We couldn't get a taxi into town and decided to hitch a ride, piling him onto the back of this big lorry. We then went to a fancy hotel and got really drunk on the rooftop on White Lady cocktails. We were the only ones on the rooftop and every now and again a bartender came to see if we needed more drinks. At an opportune moment we decided (and succeeded) in doing a runner and not paying our bill. We continued getting more and more drunk around town and ended up at the fanciest restaurant in town for dinner. I'm embarrassed to say both of us blacked out as we were so drunk. The next thing both of us know we open our eyes the next morning in this really luxurious hotel room with completely no recollection of how we got there, thinking oh dear what have we done!!!! I remember looking around the room with Tom laying next to me and almost simultaneously us saying "where the fxxk are we!!!!!" I quickly got Tom in his chair and we just quickfooted it past reception, our second runner in so matter of hours. We both agreed it was the most unforgettable forgettable night.

Tom was a giant meteorite flying through space that i had the fortune of being sucked in to his slipstream for a while. We shared so many adventures. Driving a camper van round Mexico that constantly broke down, stuck in the middle of Brazil for months, galavanting around Sri Lanka and spending such a special time in France along with so many other great memories. He changed who I am as a person and the way I look at the world. The world feels so different now to me knowing he's not in it in a physical form. I thought there were many more special chapters for us to share. Tom I miss you dreadfully and love you with all my heart.
