It took me far too long to write this because I couldn't quite come up with the words, but Tiffany was a bright light that left the world far too soon.

She was a great friend and colleague and I am going to miss all the stories, laughs, and fun times. I hope her memory lives on with all of us as the moments we spent with a shining star.

Tiffany was more than just a colleague and friend, she was a light, a constant source of laughter and warmth. She showed me the true meaning of friendship, that few are lucky enough to experience. We met during our mentee group and instantly clicked. We quickly found out how similiar we were and bonded over so many things. Although she was in NY and I was in NC, we constantly talked, shared our lives, and hung out when I did come to the city.

Though Tiffany is no longer here physically, her spirit lives on in every step we take, in every laugh we make, and in the kindness we share with others. Her memory will walk beside us, guiding us through life's ups and down. Her words, her actions, and her ability to see the beauty in everyone is something that I will forever take with me and use to navigate life going forward. I am going to miss my friend, but I will continue to let her light shine and guide me through each day, just as she always did.

I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany in the Law Department at Guardian. I worked on a few projects with Tiffany, and her ability to light up a room was immeasurable. I was in awe of how she embraced everything with energy, zeal, and positivity. She was a bright light in our daily lives with her radiant smile and positivity. She made everyone around her better...and, for that I'm grateful for having known her even if it was for such as short time. Rest in peace, you will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany for more than a year. The energy she brought to the table, always willing to help and go above and beyond, was very inspirational. Her always smiling demeanor provided a lot of comfort and warmth, even during tough meetings or challenging situations. I will always cherish the short time I had worked with her and the lasting impression Tiffany left. Tiffany, You will be missed, rest in peace, and you will be remembered forever.

I did not have the pleasure of directly working with Tiffany until about a month ago when I joined the Data Strategy and Security Team. In that short period of time, I observed her to be the Energizer Bunny (battery company mascot) of the Team. Despite being only 26 years of age, youth did not impede her professional growth as she had already earned a promotion at Guardian within 2 years of joining. Aside from the heartfelt notes on this tribute board, I continue to hear about the messages being conveyed from across the company by those Tiffany immeasurably impacted. Her family should be extremely proud of Tiffany, her accomplishments and the job they did in raising such a great and universally liked soul. Her star burned brightly in life and will continue to do so.

It’s hard to know where to begin when thinking about Tiffany…so I guess I will just start with the first thing that comes to mind.

If you knew Tiffany or even just worked in the Hudson Yards office, you definitely heard her laugh. And if you’re wondering if you ever heard Tiffany’s laugh, trust me, if you had, you’d know. Her laugh wasn’t just a sound, it was a whole moment. It was loud (let me place an emphasis on this one), contagious, and instantly made the world feel lighter. No matter what kind of day you were having, the second Tiffany laughed, things just felt better.

I used to say things, hoping to be funny, and then look over at her, waiting like a dog hoping for a treat, just to see if I got a laugh out of her. And when I did, that was it. That was the best feeling. Her laugh, her smile, it was like an instant mood booster.

Tiffany was one of those people you didn’t have to know for long to feel close to. From the first time I met her, she made me feel like we had been friends forever. She was warm and welcoming, and just made you feel like you belonged.

But the thing about Tiffany was that she wasn’t just fun, she was genuinely one of the most selfless people I have ever met. She always put others first, not because she had to, but because that’s just who she was. Making people smile, making them feel good, that’s what made her happy.

She was always down for anything. One of my favorite memories is when a bunch of us went to a rooftop after work. We talked, we laughed, we danced, and at some point, we even practiced our runway walks, which, I’m sure to no ones surprise, Tiffany was a natural at.

She had a way of lifting people up without even trying. I remember when she volunteered at an event with young kids from underserved communities. These kids came in nervous, unsure of themselves and hesitant to even try. But Tiffany made them feel comfortable. She encouraged them. She believed in them. And by the end of the day, because of her, they believed in themselves too.

She had such a way of getting people to let their guard down. But that’s just who she was. She made people feel safe. She made them feel important. She made everyone around her feel special and loved. The second she walked in a room, you could just feel her positive energy (and hear the clicking and clacking of her heels).

Tiffany, you left such a mark on everyone who knew you. Even in the short time I knew you, you made such an impact on my life and it is one that I will always carry with me.

I love you. I miss you. And my time with you will never be forgotten.

Rest easy my friend 🪽💕

Love,
NICK (said at Tiffany’s ‘speaking’ volume)

I am part of the team in the Guardian Law Department that Tiffany joined less than two years ago. It's hard to believe that Tiffany had only been at Guardian for two years given the impact she had on so many different people (as is testament by the broad spectrum of people that have contributed to this memorial). From day 1, Tiffany brought a light, an energy and an honesty to every project she worked on and every relationship she established. She was wise beyond her years, and yet she had the energy, enthusiasm and innocence of one who was still at the start of what had the promise to be a long and successful life. I consider myself the better person to have known her, and grieve for the potential that will never be realized. I hope she has found some peace.

Tiffany brought a joyous energy to whomever crossed her path, always there with a smile and a cheerful hello to brighten our days. She accomplished so very much in her short time at Guardian and inspired so many to show up and bring their very best selves. She walked with her compassion and empathy always at the surface, and made so very many people's days brighter. Tiffany, you will be missed tremendously but we will always carry you in our hearts. Rest in peace, our dear friend.

There are no words that can fully capture the light that Tiffany brought into my life. Her kindness, laughter, and energy made the world a better place for everyone who knew her.

I met Tiffany shortly after I joined Guardian’s Law Department in October 2023. We clicked instantly and became fast friends. I looked forward to seeing her every week to get lunch, coffee, and walk on the High Line. It was such a comfort to me coming into the office and seeing her across the floor. I always knew it would be a good day when she was in the office. Our coinciding trip to Chicago last Spring only brought us that much closer. I’ll never forget her laughing at me for keeping my jacket on and ordering hot water at the bar. I have so many memories, stories, and little moments with Tiffany that I will forever cherish. I thought I would have all the time in the world to make new memories with her but I’m grateful for the time I did have with her. It has been a privilege to call her a friend and a colleague.

Rest easy, beautiful Tiffany. Life won’t be the same without you. You are deeply missed and endlessly loved.

I met Tiffany through a panel we spoke on together. We were chosen to represent Gen Z and share our perspectives with Guardian leaders. From the moment I met her, it was clear that she was one of the most positive, vivacious, and kind people I'd ever come across. As we prepared for the panel, she was of course the one to suggest we all get together and grab coffee because bringing people together was just something she did effortlessly. I remember being nervous to sit up on that panel with her because her charisma and energy just couldn't be matched.

While I didn't know Tiffany as well as I wish I had, I'm thankful for the experiences we shared together. I would run into her often in the Hudson Yards office, and her friendly smile and "hi!" always brightened my day. She touched so many people's lives, and I know Guardian won't be the same without her. We'll miss you, Tiff.

Tiffany, you were one of my first friends at Guardian. I'll never forget the first Law Town Hall I attended- you stood up there, spoke with such confidence and intelligence, and completely captivated the room. I told you afterward how amazing you were, and that moment always stuck with me. From our after-work dinners to our hallway hellos, you were always a bright, warm presence. I am heartbroken over this loss, but I will always remember you smiling. You are deeply missed.

The first things that I think of when I think of Tiffany are her kind eyes and that beautiful smile she always had while we attended meetings together. I worked with Tiff at Guardian, while she worked on the Legal Team and I'm on the IT team- she helped us all understand the many regulations that we have and how they affect us. We met in person last year when our team was meeting in NYC and she was just so kind and also so much fun to be around! She was always professional, quick to respond, and generally very helpful. She was a humble person who was just so pleasant to talk to. I will miss her bright personality and big smile. I pray that her light will shine on forever and that she is resting peacefully now. <3

Tiffany was one of the first colleagues I hired into the Legal Dept soon after I started recruiting at Guardian. From the first conversation, I knew she was a match to our strong culture of community. Her smile and energy were infectious, and I could not help but smile when I saw her in Hudson Yards.

As the stars in the sky that have long been extinguished still show light to us many miles away, I am sure the Tiffany's light will forever shine bright for us to remember.

It’s hard to find the words or know where to begin to describe the magnitude of positivity that Tiffany brought into our lives. Tiffany is the true embodiment of a ray of sunshine. Even if you’d never spoken to Tiffany, you knew her by the sound of her laughter and the sight of her warm, welcoming, and always smiling face.

I had the privilege of meeting Tiffany very early on in our careers at Guardian, and we instantly became close friends. Tiffany made it easy to feel connected right off the bat, as if we had already been friends for years. I adored hearing about her adventures, sharing our experiences, and catching up over a group lunch or a bottle of wine. She always had a new story to tell. I will forever cherish our memories together and the laughter we shared.

Although Tiffany was only a part of my life for a short time, she made an unimaginably important impact on my life and how I will strive to live it. The impression she made on those around her is proof enough of what an astounding and beautiful woman she was. Here’s to everlasting peace, love and laughter. We miss you immensely Tiff <3

Even though I worked with her for a short period of time her impact was huge, she was soft spoken and always with a smile. May her soul rest in peace.

I had the privilege of working with Tiffany day in and day out on our Data Strategy & Security team. Though I was her manager, our relationship was nothing like that of a typical manager/direct report. It was just impossible to not connect with Tiffany on a deeper level. She went personal with everyone - made everyone feel like they were important, valued and heard - and she had a way about relating to all different types of people that was so impressive for someone of her age. We joked that we often forgot how young Tiff was because she had a pure, old soul. It has been no surprise to me that she had friends far and wide across Guardian and that her big heart and impact reverberated across the enterprise.

She did incredible work on our records management and data minimization efforts - leading the charge and building out new processes. She was promoted in December 2024 after just a year and a half of being at Guardian because she truly was a rockstar. Outside of the work, she came to our weekly team meetings with the best stories. I still laugh thinking about how she auditioned to be on the NY Mets dance team last year (texting me when she got there “oops they’re all real, professional dancers” but going through with it regardless “for the story”), all her travel stories (most recently her 26th birthday celebration in NOLA complete with disco ball earrings), and all of our time together when I would be in the city for work.

Tiffany was truly a bright light. Her intelligence, warmth, and infectious smile brought so much joy to everyone around her, especially me. I feel incredibly lucky to have worked alongside her, to have been given the opportunity to feel her warmth and light even if only for a short time, and to have had the privilege of getting to know her on such a personal level. She will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Tiffany and I were connected as mentor/mentee at our place of employment due to our similar job roles. Although I've been in the workplace for a very, very long time, Tiffany, by her energy and zeal was clearly the "mentor" in our relationship (smile). She was and will always be my inspiration. We shared a meal recently and she said to me: "David, it is important that I be "helpful" to every person I meet." What an honor it was to be her colleague and most importantly her "friend" Tiffany, I miss you already; May God bless you on your journey....

If kindness were a commodity, Tiffany would undoubtedly be one of the wealthiest individuals among us. Her respectful demeanor, soft-spoken nature, and outstanding personality made her a truly remarkable person.

Tiffany was someone worth engaging in conversation with, always leaving us with a priceless smile. She was amazing, is amazing, and will continue to be amazing in our hearts. Her memory will forever be cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Let's honor Tiffany's legacy by carrying forward the kindness and warmth she brought into our lives. 💕💕💕

I had the absolute pleasure of getting to meet Tiffany through our friend and colleague, Emma Harrison. I was invited to one of their infamous Wine Wednesdays at Little Spain, and as soon as I met Tiffany I was blown away by her energy and bubbly personality. Although I had planned to make it an early night, I was having so much fun with the two of them after others had already called it. Even though that was Tiffany and I's first time meeting, she made me feel like we were already long time friends.

My time with Tiffany was too short, but I'll always cherish the impact she made on me in such a small amount of time. I'll strive to be as kind, funny, and loving as Tiffany was to carry on her legacy -- She'll be missed so greatly. <3

While I did not know Tiffany on a personal level, her infectious smile that could light up any room will always resonate with me. On occasion whenever I saw her in the pantry at work, I would share with her that she was always a breath of fresh air and so pleasant to interact with.
Even as I writing this message, I can envision her smile that I am sure her family and friends can relate to.
I pray that the angels in heaven are rejoicing and may she rest in eternal peace.

Tiffany and I first met through WLN, and from that moment on, we were instant work besties. Not a day went by without us talking, whether it was about work, life, or just being silly together. We bonded over our love of travel, sharing stories of our adventures, and always finding ways to lift each other up after a tough day.

Our first time meeting in person was at a Mets game through Guardian, and I’ll never forget how excited we were. The moment we saw each other, we just ran and hugged, like we had known each other forever. That night was filled with laughter, good times, and the kind of friendship that felt effortless. Every time she came to visit her family, we made it a point to get together at the Lake House Pub in Skaneateles, one of our favorite spots. We could sit and talk for hours, never running out of things to say, just enjoying each other’s company.

Tiffany had this incredible energy, she was fun, friendly, and had a way of making everyone around her feel like they belonged. Even strangers were drawn to her warmth and kindness. From the moment I met her, I knew we’d be lifelong friends. I can’t imagine a world without her, but I will always cherish the memories we made, and the laughter we shared.

I met Tiffany on a (riveting) HR data retention call on October 19, 2023. It was my third week at Guardian. We later ran into each other in the bathroom, and I immediately knew she was someone I wanted to spend more time with. We agreed to grab coffee the following week, and I guess the rest was history.

I have so many beautiful memories with Tiffany over the past 18 months. Office lunches, coffee chats, Wine Wednesdays at Little Spain, a trip to Boston, the list goes on. Most recently, we went to a free spin class offered to Hudson Yards employees (it went terribly for both of us and we could barely move the next day). She was up for any activity - name a time and place, she was there.

She had a magnetic energy. I swear I could feel her smile from the other side of the 21st floor. I am so grateful for our friendship and to have crossed paths with Tiffany. Our time together was short, but her impact will last my entire lifetime. She poured so much into her work, her relationships, and everyone around her. Things will never be the same without her. What a beautiful soul.

Rest in peace, Tiff <3
