Aged 80 of Brooklyn, New York & Christ Church, Barbados & formerly of Fairfield Road, Carrington Village. Retired Master Garment Finisher and Proud Matriarch of the Weekes Family Celebrated for her vibrant personality, generous spirit, and unforgettable hospitality, Sybil Theresa Weekes peacefully transitioned at her home in Barbados on March 29, 2025, surrounded by love, family, and treasured memories.
Daughter of Darrell Viola Husbands and the late Stanley Watts.
Beloved wife of the late Collin Victor Weekes.
Cherished sister of Alison Husbands (deceased), Winston lan Husbands (USA), Marion "Sherry" Waithe, Mary, Esther, Lucille (deceased), Vanessa, Marie (deceased), Emmanuel, Prosper, Cyrus, and Seymour Watts (UK).

The funeral of the late SYBIL THERESA WEEKES leaves the Belmont Funeral Home on Saturday 26 April, 2025 at 8:30 am. for the James Street Methodist Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00am for a service celebrating her life.
The funeral will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment.
The organist is kindly asked to attend.
Floral arrangement may be sent to the Belmont Funeral Home no later than 8:00 am on Saturday.
