Obituary

Our Loving brother Stephen, early Sunday morning, was received by Christ. His mercy granting Steve his final requests to live his remaining days out of hospital and to cross-over naturally and peacefully.

Predeceased by his loving wife Karen of 41 years. He is Survived by his children Jessica (Steve), Chad (Angela) and Joe. Will also be remembered by grand children Austin, Skylar, Trent and Benjamin and great grandchildren.

Also survived by stepdad Gerard and siblings Sharon (Ben), Tammy (Don), Neil (Mary Ann), Darren, Andrea (Jeff) and Brad (Lauri). He leaves behind a legacy of love shared with his many nieces, nephews, extended family and lifelong friends.

Stephen is now peacefully reunited with his beloved wife Karen, his Dad Raymond Dyer and mother Judith Vickers.

Stephen was a most patient, kind, sociable, noble and honourable man - with a carpenter’s belt full of razor sharp wit. What most men mature to after 65 years, Steve already was after 20.

In lieu of a Funeral, a Family and Friends Day of Honour is being held Saturday June 5th, 2027 in Port Hope, Ontario.
