Shantorria, affectionately known as "Tori" started her journey back to the kingdom of her maker on Tuesday, February 17th in the year 2026 at her home in Muskegon Michigan.
Tori was gifted to us on February 3rd 1987, through her Dad, Joseph Means and ,Mother, Tamika Raglin.
Tori enjoyed every form of Music. She loved dancing, listening to music and all out having a great time. She was never shy when it comes to being the LIFE of the party. She was always the mediator to her friends and family finding the common ground so everyone could just have A GOOD TIME(Tori's Quote). Her connection to God and her love for God surpassed everything she did. You can always catch Tori on Sunday trying to get ALL her friends to join her in church. (Come on Friend just this one time, I promise church aint gonna be crazy) Her favorite phrase to get you to go to church) Regardless to the numerous obstacles Tori faced in life, her faith stood strong and unwavering. WE love you Tori and you will be missed.
Shantorria leaves to cherish her most precious memories, her beloved children Xzira Raglin and Tyzier Wymer; Her sisters Latoya Heggood & Sean'Tae Anderson-Brandy; Her Brother Mikel G Brandy; Aunt and Uncle Angie Bartee & Odie, Raglin; Shrerrod and Anthony Raglin and a Host of nieces. nephews, cousins and friends.
Tori was proceeded in death by her Grandfather Grivers Odie, Aunts Terri and Latesea Raglin.
Funeral Services for Shantorria will be held on Monday March 2, 2026, at 1pm at the Doris Morton Chapel of Carter Funeral Home, 3355 Merriam St, Muskegon Heights , MI 49444. Paster Melvin Burns as the officiator. A public viewing will take place from 12 noon to 1 pm at the funeral home.
