Seb, you were more than just a colleague at IOM – You were a friend, a brother, and a guiding light. Your passing has left an unfilled void in my life, and the pain feels like a weight that I'll carry forever. Since I heard the news, every memory of our time together has played like a film in my mind, reminding me of the incredible journey we shared. From Haiti to Bangladesh, we faced every challenge head-on, and together, we achieved the impossible. I remember the strong and resilient habits we developed during our missions – no matter how tough things got, we never showed signs of fatigue. We had an unspoken chemistry that allowed us to anticipate each other's moves and support each other through any circumstances. I can't count the number of challenges we faced, but one thing remained constant – we always found a way to overcome them. You taught me that with determination and teamwork, nothing is insurmountable. Your mentorship and guidance were invaluable, and I feel grateful for the time we had together. You may be gone, but your spirit remains – Your kindness, compassion, and strength that will continue to inspire me every day. I'll carry you with me always, and your memory will forever play in my heart.
