Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Randall “Randy” Fultz and Pamela “Pam” Fultz, two deeply beloved people whose lives were intertwined through family, faith, laughter, service, and music.

Randy and Pam made their home in Springfield, Oregon, and shared 18 devoted years of marriage together. 

Pam had a love for beauty in the world around her. She enjoyed flowers, neighborhood strolls, music and singing, peaceful moments at the coast, and the wonder of sunrises and sunsets. Pam kept every letter and card that was ever sent to her and Randy, treasuring their words and sentiments as reminders of the people they cherished and the memories they shared. 

Randy was a man who could often be found with a guitar in hand, sharing a song, a laugh, or one of his famous dad jokes. He loved walking, singing, working with his hands, proving his reputation as the family handyman. He had a way of bringing humor, melody, and warmth into the lives of the people who surrounded him.

They gave countless hours of their time volunteering, praying with people, sharing music, offering encouragement, and helping wherever they felt they were needed.

Their faith in God was an important part of their life, and they will be remembered for their compassion and the many ways they cared for their community. Together they created Save the People Ministries, using music, prayer, stories, humor, and their faith to bring hope to those struggling and simply needed someone to care. They also volunteered and ministered with organizations including the Eugene Gospel Mission, where they shared worship and encouragement with the unhoused. 
Randy and Pam are survived by Pam’s daughter, Cindi; Randy’s children, Margo and Milo; Cindi's sisters Suzee and Rhonda; Randy's brother, Scott Nelson; grandsons Kyler Mills and Enzo Gonzalez; and sons-in-law Bion Mills and Tony Gonzalez, along with other family members and the many friends who cared for them dearly. 

They were preceded in death by Pam’s father, Richard Browning; and Randy’s sisters, Donna Lee and Cindy Sue, who was one of Pam’s best friends.
A memorial will be held on November 14th in Eugene, Oregon. Family and friends are invited to gather, share stories, laugh, cry, remember, and celebrate two lives that meant so much to so many. More details on the event can be found below.
Although saying goodbye to both Randy and Pam brings us immense sorrow, they leave behind a legacy much greater than anything that can be written on a page. They will live on through their family and friends, the people they helped, and the small moments of everyday life — the sound of a guitar, walks taken on quiet days, flowers growing along the roadside, a beautiful sunset over the ocean, and in every story that begins, “Do you remember when Randy and Pam…”
