To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.
Obituary
I
t is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nouri Zamani, a beloved son, brother, uncle, family member, and friend whose warmth, laughter, and generous spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew him.
From the moment he was born, Nouri's parents recognized the light within him, giving him a name that means "Light of the Faith." Throughout his life, he embodied that light through his kindness, vibrant personality, and unwavering love for those around him.
Nouri was the life of every gathering, effortlessly filling every room with laughter and joy. He shared many qualities with his father—not only in appearance, but also in his natural charisma, love of people, joyful spirit, love of country, and, most especially, in the deep love and devotion he had for his mother.
He lived life on his own terms, embracing it with passion and an appreciation for the very best it had to offer. Those who knew Nouri will forever remember his deep, contagious laugh, his quick wit and clever sense of humor, his incredible talent in the kitchen, and the heartfelt hugs that made everyone feel welcomed and loved.
Above all, Nouri cherished his family. He was a proud and loving uncle who brought joy, laughter, and unconditional love to his nieces and nephews. His presence created countless treasured memories that will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
He is reunited in peace with his beloved father and family members who preceded him in death. While our hearts are broken by his loss, we find comfort in remembering him as vibrant, healthy, and full of light—a light that will continue to shine through the lives he touched.
Nouri leaves behind his devoted mother, his siblings, beloved nieces and nephews, extended family, and many dear friends who will carry his memory forward with love and gratitude. Though he is no longer with us in person, his laughter, generosity, and spirit will remain with us always. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
