We will continue to mourn the loss of James (AKA Stan) and Norma Stanley.
Grampy passed on May 3rd 2022 and Nana only days later on May 8th 2022. The shock of their departure was immense, yet it felt as if it was destined for them to leave this world together.
Married for 65 years Nana and Grampy shared a love that was steadfast and unwavering. They found their rhythm early through life building a steady foundation of determination, compassion and growth. In the 1950s as a mixed couple in the UK, they faced social injustices and challenges, yet they stood firm against adversity, proving that love holds no boundaries.
They are survived by their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who will forever cherish their memory, their comfort and reflect on the lessons they learnt from them.
May their souls rest in peace and their love story continue in heaven.
