Katie your grandmother was quite a lady. She could charm the pants off of anyone. Her smile radiated the room and her love for her family was heartwarming. I am so blessed to have had her not only as a coworker but a dear friend.
I remember when you all through her a big 70 (I think) and I remember her asking me if she had to retire. I told her that if I had to, I would ball and chain her to the desk, so for her birthday I gave her a bowling ball wrapped in chains. We laughed so hard over that. She was truly an extraordinary lady with such conviction and loyalty to her God. I will always hold her deep in my heart and love her forever. I know she is smiling down on you and she loved you from the moon and beyond. What a lucky lady you are to have had her for a grandmother. I pray someday my grandchildren can remember me in that same light. Here if you ever need me! Wilma
