Obituary
In Loving Memory of Mary Ann Boucher- Barbour
Mary Ann was a creative and entrepreneurial spirit who brought passion and imagination into everything she did. As a young woman, she started several businesses, including a dog grooming service and a house cleaning company. She also loved giving old items new life and reimagining mundane marvels.
Though life was not always easy, Mary Ann drew strength from her children and the love of her family, along with the companionship of her beloved animals. She had a deep and abiding love for creatures of all kinds. Animals always brought her comfort and joy.
Mary Ann loved painting, crafting, creating, thrifting, and visiting yard sales. She enjoyed discussing current events, talking about Jesus, and sharing thoughtful conversations about the Bible. She adored giraffes, the color red, flowers, trinkets, and collecting vintage dish sets. She loved reading, mysteries, and a good scary movie. She also had a wonderful sense of humor, a strong will, and a spark of sassiness that stayed with her through all of life’s seasons.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby and Warren; her sisters, Patricia, Joyce, Dorothy and Barbara; her sons, Chris and Pete; and her niece Leisa. She is survived by her daughters, Marcy and Dawn; Her daughter-in-law Judy; her grandchildren, Katie, Jessica, Sarah, Jenny, Brittany, Alex, Victoria, Garret, and Ashley; her many nieces and nephews, and her great-grandchildren.
Her creativity, strength, and love will be remembered always. We love you so much and miss you everyday, and realize you are finally free from pain. Your magic could never be summed up in this page dedicated to you, but it will be felt in our hearts forever.
