
Livina Aurelia Olufunke Olawole

Livina never met a stranger, only someone she hadn't loved yet. Some people leave memories she left pieces of her heart with everyone she met. She was a mother and grandmother not only by blood, but by spirit.
Obituary
With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Livina Olawole, who was born on 1st June 1941 and passed away on 21st June 2026 surrounded by her loved ones.
Livina will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and the quiet ability to bring people together. Family, friends, parishioners, neighbours and acquaintances all experienced the warmth and sincerity that made time spent with Livina meaningful and memorable.
Throughout her life, Livina built long lasting connections and touched many lives through simple acts of care, encouragement, faith and friendship. Conversations, shared moments and everyday gestures created memories that will remain with those who had the privilege of knowing Livina.
Livina was a practising Catholic for whom her faith was a way of life. Faith and family meant a great deal to Livina and relationships were always nurtured with patience and devotion. She was widowed in January 1981 and has dedicated her life to providing for and raising her children. Even after retirement her service never ended, from caring for her grandchildren to helping children at St Patricks school improve their reading skills she never stopped helping others.
The passing of Livina leaves a vacuum that cannot be filled. Yet the memories, lessons and moments shared will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know her.
Livina Olawole will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
Eternal rest grant unto her oh Lord and let the perpetual light shine upon her, may she rest in peace, Amen.
