Obituary

Lisa Renee Tanner, 65, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2026 in Vancouver, Washington.

Born on May 15, 1961 in Castro Valley, California to Robert Tanner Sr. and Elizabeth Stuecker, Lisa grew up in the Bay Area surrounded by a large extended family. A self-described ‘wanderer’ she also spent time living in Oregon, Arizona, and Hawaii before returning to the Pacific Northwest.

Lisa was known for her outgoing and adventurous spirit, and an ability to make friends wherever she went. She loved to travel, cook, see live music, ride motorcycles, and spend time cuddled up with her dogs.

Lisa is survived by her two children, Randi and Briann; parents Robert Sr. and Elizabeth; siblings Robert, Meri, and Patrick; and her beloved dog Emma.

A celebration of life will be held on September 26, 2026. Time and location to be announced soon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to your local Humane Society or Meals on Wheels program in her honor.
