Obituary
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of our precious baby, Lela Grace Joslin, who both entered and departed this life on March 4, 2025. She brought immeasurable joy and love into our lives with her sweet face and lovely dark hair.
Although her time with us was unimaginably brief, we will always treasure the thirteen perfect hours we shared with her and we look forward to the day we are all reunited in the presence of our Lord. We find some solace in the knowledge that her death was caused by a rare and often fatal intestinal disease. With gratitude in our hearts, we will forever remember all her medical care providers and our loving community of support through this unthinkable heartache and grief.
Lela leaves behind a family that adores her dearly: her loving parents, David and Stephanie Joslin; her four siblings, David Jr., Jameson, Gregory, and Adelaide Joslin; her paternal grandparents, Samuel and Christine Joslin; and her maternal grandparents, Terrence and Karen Bopp. Alongside her many aunts, uncles, cousins and great grandparents, we grieve the loss of this darling baby girl.
Despite Lela’s brief time here, she was a beacon of God's love to us; her radiant spirit gently reminding us of the impact one life can make in this broken world. As we wait to join her in eternity, we aspire to live our lives as instruments of God’s love and hope for all.
