When you remember me, it means you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are. It means that even after I die, you can still see my face and hear my voice and speak to me in your heart.

She may have been the closest thing to a real life Belle from Beauty and the Beast with how many books she read, knew about and talked about. If I can take just a small sliver of that love for something in my life and channel it towards something positive it will be a life extremely well lived. Although I am unable to attend the funeral, know that I will say a prayer around that time for not only my dearest aunt, but for all us to never remember who she was and what she gave the world.
Rest in peace now my wonderful aunt, your family is waiting for you amongst the angels.
She will always be remembered for her zest for life, bubbly nature, high energy in organizing events, donation of time and effort to charities and kind concern for neighbors, friends and families.
May her soul rest in peace.
