She often said, “You gotta do what you gotta do,” reminding us to keep going even when life gets tough. She showed us that it’s okay to smile, laugh at ourselves and find little moments of joy during challenging times.

Forever in Our Hearts

Katelyn will always be loved and remembered by Joe, Annette, and Kayson.
They miss her very much, but they are also thankful that she is no longer in the pain that took away her energy and strength.

Katelyn was incredibly brave as she faced DIPG, a rare brain tumor. This journey was very hard for her and her family—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially. There were moments of hope and moments of struggle, but they faced them together.

Her family is very grateful for all the prayers, love, kindness, meals, help, and support you have given in so many different ways.

Now that things have become a little calmer, they would love to look back on the special memories you have of Katelyn or their family. These memories can bring comfort and help them heal.
