Judith Ann Crociani

Obituary
Judith Ann Crociani (née Duncan), lovingly known as "Judie," was born on Friday, October 12, 1945 to Dorothea Marietta Duncan in Emporia, Kansas and raised in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, the only daughter and eldest of five siblings. At the age of 18, she moved to San Francisco to live with her grandparents, Betty and Rusty Brundage. There, she worked as a hairdresser, was selected for local modeling, and served as a trophy girl at the Half Moon Bay Drag Strip.
In 1967, Judie met the love of her life, Richard Paul Crociani, when he climbed into the back of her car at Mel's Drive-In with some friends and quickly won her heart with his charm and humor. After three years of dating, they married in a beautiful ceremony at Immaculate Conception Church in Bernal Heights in San Francisco. Together, they had three children: Richard Jeffrey (1971), Anthony Todd (1975), and Tiffany Louise (1978).
Judie devoted her life to being a loving wife and mother. She was a constant presence in her children's lives, volunteering at their school to organize fundraisers and tirelessly shuttling them to their various activities. She never missed a game or dance recital. Later, she began working at Candlestick Park in the concession stands, proudly supporting her beloved San Francisco Giants and Forty-Niners.
As a grandmother, Judie's heart grew even larger, and she fell madly in love with her five grandchildren: Anthony's daughters Yasmin Eliza (1995) and Ashley Ann (1997), and Tiffany's children Matthew Vincent (2011), Thomas Richard (2014), and Louise Elizabeth (2017). She was an attentive and caring grandmother who, once again, never missed a practice or game.
Judie was incredibly generous and selfless, always putting others before herself. She would often go without, ensuring that her loved ones had everything they needed. She adored babies and couldn’t help but stop, smile, and greet each one that passed. Her house was always filled with the sounds of country music, and you could often find her family dancing together in the kitchen, enjoying each other's company and creating memories. Holidays were special to her—she poured so much love into making each one memorable, ensuring they were filled with warmth, joy, and togetherness.
Judie loved the sun and looked forward to visiting Hawaii and her Arizona vacation home, where she could relax and recharge. She spent her time crafting, baking, and capturing lasting photographic memories with her loved ones.
Judie is survived by her devoted husband, Richard; her children, Richard, Anthony, and Tiffany; her son-in-law, Kevin; her grandchildren Yasmin, Ashley, Matthew, Thomas, and Louise; and her beloved brother, Michael and his wife Rosetta and brother Dale.
Judie will be remembered for the boundless love she shared with those around her and for her unwavering loyalty and devotion to her family, friends, and community. Her generosity, joy, and the special moments she created will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love will continue to shine brightly in the lives she touched.
Memory wall

After Jim passed away Judie and I took golf lessons at Skyime college . What a laugh that was! We were always told we were talking too loud and our golf game was not anything to write home about, but we loved the time together and we agreed the best time was shopping for cute golf clothes and having lunch together!
I will always remember those times together.🙏🙏
