The family, friends and colleagues of John Packer are heartbroken to share with you his peaceful passing.
John was truly one of a kind. A generous, passionate man, he built a music business while also running a small farm, indulging in a whole host of creative side projects and being a heartily hands-on father and grandfather.
While John was famously a humble man with simple needs, within the global music industry, he was a true force of nature. He transformed a modest local shop into an international household name, leaving behind a lasting legacy and something his family are deeply proud of.
John achieved more than most can dream and carved a rich, joyful path through this world on his own terms. He is greatly missed.

I was very sorry to hear about John’s passing.
John leaves behind an incredible legacy, and his contribution to the music industry will never be forgotten. He built something truly remarkable, and his values and dedication will continue to live on through the company he founded.

Oh mine! I was really shocked by this sad news! A few days ago my wife and I talked about John and we did not have any news on him and wonder how is his life on the old ground......and planning to visit UK to see him when she retired two years later....We are so sad to hear that John passed away.....It likes a suddent attack with no forerunner...
Yes, there are many good memories both in UK, in China and in Germany and those lovely moment carved in my mind and heart which I will never forget at all...
Now I believe John in heaven where there is no diseases and hard things where good people will go to sooner or later. And I believe we will also know each other and know the name of each other when we see him in heaven....
John Packer Ltd is the Monument of John. Let's memorial him by making this monument even better and greater.
