Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeff E. Otterness. 

A man who truly understood the value of a relaxing afternoon, Jeff was most at home in his backyard oasis, lounging by the pool, grilling, and listening to his favorite music turned up loud. To Jeff, it was always "5 O’clock somewhere," and he lived with a spirit that embraced the good times. A proud Navy Veteran, Jeff was honored to have served his country.

Jeff is reunited in death with his beloved wife, Mary J. Otterness; his son, Andrew Marvin Manford Otterness; his brother, Rick Otterness; his granddaughter, Amber Sinnott; his sister-in-law, Barb Otterness, and his parents, Manford "Bill" & Delores "Joan" Otterness. 

His memory lives on through his children, Theresa Otterness (Edgar) and Eric Otterness; his step-children, Kristan Bellows (Cierra) and Jason Volkert (Nikkii); his siblings, Sheryl Bowen (Tom), Mike, Mark, Marty, and Bill Otterness; his grandchildren, Xavier, Elias, and Isaac Bellows and Sophia and Sadie Volkert; and his numerous extended family members and friends.
