If there is none, she made the best of this.

Janis Mae Londeree Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce that Janis Mae Londeree passed away on June 4, 2026, at the age of 72.
Born Janis Mae Wotherspoon to James and Joyce Wotherspoon, Jan was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, while her parents were working in the United States for a brief period. Shortly after her birth, the family returned to Toronto, Canada, where she spent her early childhood before moving to Hacienda Heights, California, at the age of seven.
Jan later married Larry Londeree, with whom she shared many years of love and partnership. Larry preceded her in death in 2008.
A devoted mother, Nana, and caregiver, Jan dedicated her life to helping others. She worked as a Registered Nurse in emergency medicine, a profession that perfectly reflected her compassion, resilience, and desire to serve. Nursing was one of her greatest passions, and she touched countless lives through her skill, kindness, and dedication.
Family was at the center of Jan's life, but anyone who knew her also knew the special place her beloved Border Collies held in her heart. E-buzz and Zero, who have since passed, were cherished companions who brought her endless happiness throughout the years. Darwin, her faithful Border Collie who remains with the family, continues to be a source of comfort and joy. Her dogs were more than pets—they were treasured family members and among the great loves of her life.
Jan also held a deep affection for Scotland and took great pride in her Scottish heritage. She visited Scotland several times throughout her life, each trip strengthening her connection to the land, its history, and its people. She often spoke fondly of "bonnie Scotland," a place that captured her heart and where she felt a profound sense of belonging. In many ways, she left a piece of herself there with every visit.
In a tribute that reflects both her heritage and her lifelong bond with her beloved dogs, her family plans to take Jan's ashes, along with those of E-buzz and Zero, to Scotland, where they will be laid to rest in the country that meant so much to her. It is a fitting final journey for a woman whose heart never strayed far from the hills and shores of bonnie Scotland.
Jan is survived by her children, Joel and Jordan Londeree; her daughter-in-law, Ashi; her beloved grandchildren, Wren and Jack; her nieces, Jennifer, Jessica, and Nicole; and her cousins Brian and Joel, who remain in Canada and helped her maintain a lifelong connection to her Canadian roots.
Jan will be remembered for her generous spirit, unwavering devotion to her family, deep compassion for others, and the love she shared so freely with both people and animals. Her legacy of kindness, strength, and caring will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
