In the quiet reflection of Ismail's passing, whose journey amongst us ended far too soon, we find ourselves coming together not just in grief, but in the shared comfort of our collective memories and the indelible marks he left on our lives.
As we prepare to say our goodbyes and honour his memory, we extend this invitation to all who knew and cherished Ismail. Please feel welcome to share this information with friends of Ismail, ensuring that everyone touched by his presence can join us in this moment of remembrance.
Understanding that not everyone may be able to join us in person, we wish to include all who desire to partake in this time of tribute. Therefore, a live stream of the ceremony will be available for those who are unable to attend physically. The details for accessing the live stream, along with the order of service, will be provided on this page closer to the day of the ceremony.
In keeping with the solemnity of the occasion, we kindly request that all attendees wear black and white. This dress code has been chosen to reflect the dignity of the day and to honour Ismail's memory. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this attire as we come together to pay our respects.
We are pleased to invite you to a reception following the ceremony, where we can continue to share memories and celebrate Ismail’s life. The reception will be held at The KingFisher Center Deptford, 8 Kingfisher Square, London, SE8 5TW. This gathering will provide an opportunity for personal reflection and communal support.
