“Live life with no excuses, travel with no regret” – Oscar Wilde

Obituary

Grisel Julia Daniel passed away peacefully on October 4, 2024, at the age of 72. Born on February 16, 1952, Grisel lived a life full of love for others, vibrancy, joy, and adventure, touching everyone she met with her sparkling spirit.

Throughout her life, Grisel was known for her effervescent personality and infectious zest for life. She had a love for travel, casinos, and her family. Whether it was a weekend getaway or an overseas cruise expedition, Grisel embraced each journey as a new chapter, leaving a trail of cherished memories and friendships in her wake.

At the heart of Grisel's life was her family. As a devoted mother to her two children, she instilled in them her love for life and unwavering positivity. Her family was her greatest pride, and she delighted in every moment spent together, celebrating milestones, and creating lasting traditions. Grisel's home was always open, filled with laughter, warmth, and the shimmer of her signature bling that truly reflected her radiant personality.

Grisel’s love for life extended beyond her family to the broader community. She was admired for her generosity, compassion, and the way she lit up every room she entered. Friends and family often described her as a beacon of light, someone who could find beauty and joy in the simplest moments.

A celebration of Grisel’s life and legacy will be held on October 18, 2024, in Orange, California. In this gathering, friends and family will come together to honor her memory, sharing stories and remembrances that highlight the incredible impact she had on those around her. It will be a day to remember her laughter, her adventures, and her love, and to pay tribute to a woman who lived life to the fullest.

As we say goodbye to Grisel, we hold onto the bright example she set for us—a life lived passionately, deeply, and colorfully. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, Grisel, and thank you for sharing your beautiful journey with us.

I worked with Grisel during the Hughes Aircraft Company days when she supported HR. I will always remember her beautiful smile she shared with us everyday. There was NEVER a day she came to work without that SMILE. I could always go to her for support and always received her gracious attitude with positive thoughts.

I would like to extend my deepest condolences to your families.
Grisel's presence will deeply be missed.

With Deepest Sympathy,
