It's difficult to accept that Grant has left us, but I'm so grateful for this chance to honor and celebrate his life. I will always cherish his good-hearted spirit and sneakily-good sense of humor. I learned so much from him in our 10 years of working together (and sharing many vegan meals on our work trips!)

My lasting memories of Grant revolve around his genuine kindness, his infectious laugh, and how he delighted in putting a record on the old-school phonograph -- particularly Frank Sinatra. "That's Life," my friend ... and you lived it to the fullest.
