Gloria Quintero

Obituary

Gloria Quintero passed away on February 22, 2015, at the age of 48. She was the mother of Danny, Nathan, and Gabriel, and the grandmother of Adam, whom she had the opportunity to know for a short time before her passing.

Gloria worked at the Tribune alongside her sister Margie, she loved animals and was a great cook.  Gloria showed her care for others by helping whenever she could. She was always lending a hand and offering what she could to anyone who needed help. Even when she had little to give, she found ways to make a difference.

Gloria’s willingness to help others remained a meaningful part of who she was. We remember her with love and compassion, honoring her as a mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister.

The years since her passing have not erased her place in our family. Gloria lives on in our shared memories, in the stories we tell, and in the hearts of those who knew her.
