Daddy was a great man, a down to earth being who holds nothing back. Everyone is welcome around him, and he automatically recognizes you as his own mostly if you got introduced to him by any of his children, you've won a family ticket in his heart.
Bobolee was someone you would have met even without seeing him in person, because his children always had something to say every single moment about him, even with his strong gene being passed down to his grannies.
Farewell Bobolee, till we meet again on the resurrection dawn, may your soul Rest in Perfect Peace. Amen!

Daddy (aka BOBOLEE)was everyone’s father in medical stores road then, everybody knew him, not just in our compound but the whole area; he was a father to all.

I can’t tell the story of my childhood without including the name BOBOLEE , I still remember how he calls the children in the compound then every cool evening to sit on the mat and tell them stories (when I think of those stories now, I just laugh because as kids, every story seemed real😂).

Indeed Daddy will be greatly missed, but I’m thankful for the beautiful memories I have of him and which will continue to be in the hearts of everyone that knew him.

Rest in peace Daddy.

Tribute to a Wonderful Father and Grandfather

Daddy,

You were more than a father-in-law to me; you were my confidant and a true friend. From the very first day I met you, you didn't just treat me as an in-law - you treated me as your own child. You welcomed me into your heart, not just your home. Thank you for embracing me with open arms and for your unwavering love, care, and support. You have left a void that can never be filled.

Daddy, you embodied the true meaning of fatherly love, kindness, peace, and family unity. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. I will always cherish the precious moments we shared. Yet, even with all the wonderful memories we share, the pain of losing you is still unbearable.

Thank you for raising a wonderful daughter, and for setting a standard of kindness and strength that we will honor forever. Grandpa - to my children, you were their best friend and a superstar grandfather. Thank you for teaching them what it means to be respectful, loving, and graceful. They will miss you dearly.

Daddy was larger than life, full of warmth and good humor. Daddy, you exuded aura of happiness and you brought immense joy to everyone who around you. He was jolly good fellow, there was never a dull moment with him.

Goodbye is not forever; it simply means I will miss you until we meet again.

Rest in peace, Daddy.

Today, we honor a man who stood as a true pillar of strength, wisdom, and honor.
He was a guiding light to his family and an inspiration to everyone who knew him.
Looking at my dear friend, it is clear their father was a man of profound integrity.
Though he will be deeply missed, his lessons, love, and spirit will live on forever.
Rest in perfect peace, Sir; your legacy is secure.

Daddy (fondly called Bobolee) was a name that echoed like a familiar song in the hearts of all who knew him. With a youthful spirit that never seemed to age and that moved effortlessly across generations, he belonged to all and yet belonged fully to each. Children were drawn to his warmth as if it were home. Adults found in him a rare simplicity that steadied the noise of life. He was family-oriented, and everything he did reflected a quiet devotion to those he loved and those who loved him.
Though he has departed from sight, the light he carried remains unfading, unbroken, and alive in memory. A presence now carried forward in stories, in love, and in every heart that was once warmed by his. Rest on, Daddy. Your journey continues beyond sight, but your love remains with those you left behind.

My grandfather was a quiet man, he didn't fill a room with words, but he filled it with calm just being there was enough.
He was funny in the dry, unexpected way.
He'd drop one line without changing his expression, and it would stick with you all day,he knew exactly when to lighten things up.
I miss that about him.l miss the steadiness, the timing, the way he made me feel heard without needing a long conversation.
He taught me that you don't have to be loud to matter.that a steady presence, a little humor, and a lot of patience go a long way.
I miss him everyday, but I'm grateful for the time I had, and for the kind of person he showed me l could be.

Daddy i remember when you will sit at the side of the house in medical and you will tell us to pick out the gray hair from your head and even pop the pimples on your face,, Lol very funny how we will do this with all seriousness and at the end you will pay us our wages and salary, for poping pimples, picking gray hair and scratching your back . I miss you daddy or was it when we go to mama Osiro to buy head of fish.. Daddy you made our childhood fun. You will forever remain in our hearts rest Daddy we love you.

Dear Father,
I still find it hard to believe you are no more.
Death indeed leaves a heartache no one can heal.
Though you may no longer walk beside me, I carry you in every step I take. Your voice guides my decisions, your values shape my actions, and your love strengthens my heart.

My Father(Bobolee) was more than a parent , he was a true friend, I literally had no filter around him as we bonded so much that everything just flowed. I think of the evenings he would lie-down and ask me to make his hair and loosen the same hair in the morning before going out, lol.
We laughed and cried together as he never failed to show his emotions when the need arises .

You taught me to fight for my destiny as it is in my hands. He showed me that real success and happiness is not measured by wealth or titles, but by contentment .
Through your resilience, you taught me courage.
I think of the countless mornings he rose before dawn, not because it was easy, but because he wanted to provide for us. Through his sacrifices, he taught me generosity. Your faith was a beacon of light in our lives.

My father embodied quiet strength—never boastful, never seeking the spotlight, yet his presence lit up every space he entered. He believed that true greatness was found in kindness, in honesty, and in the courage to do what’s right, even when no one is watching.

My father’s legacy is not just in the lessons he taught, but in the way he made people feel.
He made you believe in yourself and never looked down on anyone. He made you feel seen. He made you feel loved. And that is a gift that will outlive all of us.
Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, and your love will remain my guiding light for all my days.

Heaven gained a remarkable soul when you left us, Dad. Until we meet again,
It's Goodnight from now.
