He was a beautiful soul with a big heart, a man of God, a father to many, his kindness knew no measure, his love knew no bounds. An exceptional husband, and a great friend.

His family was at the heart of everything he did. He was a loving husband who stood steadfastly by Jan, supporting her in the family business and cherishing the beautiful partnership they built together. As a father, I observed his devotion to his children and grandchildren and he took immense pride in nurturing and guiding them with care and wisdom.
Freddy was thoughtful and considerate and had a rare gift for making everyone feel valued and understood. Whether offering wise counsel or lending a helping hand, he approached every interaction with sincerity and a genuine desire to make a difference. His no-nonsense attitude was a testament to his strength of character, while his attention to detail and dedication ensured everything he undertook was done with excellence.
Freddy was interested in learning new things, and he would oftentimes ask me about the Project Management field and its value. He was deeply interested in understanding the world and striving to be the best version of himself. He believed in the potential of those around him and encouraged everyone to aim high and achieve their best.
We had the opportunity to visit with him just a few weeks before he transitioned and he made every effort to make us feel welcome, speaking gleefully about some of the improvements he and Jan had made to their home. We will always remember him for his humility, his selfless love, and the enduring legacy of kindness he leaves behind. Though we mourn his loss, we find comfort in the countless memories of his unwavering support and the love he shared so freely.
Rest in peace, Freddy. You will forever remain in our hearts, and your example will continue to inspire us to live with the same grace and generosity that you did.

Rest in peace, my dear friend Freddy. Your spirit lives on in the hearts of those who love you, and your memory will forever be a blessing to us all.

"All the love you created is still there. All the memories are still there. You live on in the hearts of everyone you have touched and nurtured while you were here." - Mitch Albom

There was a time when we had a difficult conversation regarding a loan application. Frederick, with his usual compassion for others, felt strongly about helping the individual in need, while I, guided by our criteria, had a different perspective. Frederick made his feelings known in no uncertain terms, but what truly stayed with me was that, just a few days later, he returned and apologized for how he had handled the situation. This act of humility, especially from someone in his position with the company, spoke volumes about the kind of person he was and was a powerful learning moment for me.
Frederick’s genuine care for others, coupled with his ability to admit his mistakes, is something I will always remember. It taught me a valuable lesson in humility. It was truly a privilege to work alongside him.
My heartfelt condolences go out to Frederick’s family during this difficult time. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. In his memory, let us remember our compassion for others and our humility.
Our best love and prayers

Mr. March had a smile which would brighten anyone one’s world no matter the circumstances.
May your soul Rest In Eternal Peace and light perpetual shine upon you always. 🙏
Uncle Freddy was deeply passionate about his work and took immense pride in caring for his team. He gave his all to everything he did, always making sure that everyone around him felt valued and supported. He was a man of principle, steadfast in his values, but let’s be honest you didn’t want to cross him! His fiery side, though rare, was a reflection of his unwavering commitment to fairness and doing what was right.
He was more than a colleague; he was a father figure to many of us, offering guidance, wisdom, and encouragement whenever we needed it most. His advice was always spot on, leaving you with the feeling that you could take on anything.
I’ll always remember how he would stop by my desk and ask, “What are you working on now, Errol?” with genuine curiosity, making me feel seen and appreciated. Beyond work, he had a few other passions he loved plants, Pepsi, and a good plate of curry goat, savoring life’s simple pleasures in a way that only he could.
His absence leaves a void, but I find comfort in the fact that I had the chance to tell him, “I love you.” Those words mean so much more now, a reminder of how precious time really is.
Uncle Freddy, we miss you more than words can express. Your memory will always be etched in our hearts, and we will forever cherish the moments we shared with you. Rest well, knowing that you were deeply loved and will never be forgotten.
Our Freddie has been a part of our family for over 65 years. His love for my sister, Jan, and his children is indescribable.
His faith never wavered through all his difficult times, and he truly is a child of God.
He will be missed by all, but the memories will always remain.
Rest easy, my brother💙💙

Frederick’s true nature—his willingness to listen, his compassion, and his relentless dedication to others—will never be forgotten.
