Obituary

Please join us for an evening of stories, laughter, and wine as we celebrate the life of Eli Rosado - friend, brother, confidant, fisherman, jokester, sommelier, server, bartender, manager, and consummate host.


No matter how you knew Eli whether through work or play, he had a way of making you feel welcome and included; like family. He was always happy to see you, and his generosity preceded him. His Alaska family knows this loss is immeasurable. His humor, style (“Prada every day baby!”) and adventurous spirit, that brought Eli to Alaska from Panama is a huge loss for the community. He was an integral part of the fabric of Anchorage hospitality for almost thirty years.

His love for his friends was as big as Alaska and we all felt it.
We lost this treasured friend to cancer far too soon, but the echo of his irresistible laughter will live in our hearts forever.
We will miss him so, so much.
