Obituary

It is with sad hearts that we announce the death of our mother, Doris Clarke, born in Montreal, Quebec, June 28th, 1950.
Doris passed away at her home in Toronto, Ontario, peacefully in her sleep the morning of October 13th, 2024.

A woman who rose to overcome many challenges and stand up for those in need with fierce determination while touching many hearts and minds along the way.

Doris will be dearly missed: by her daughters, Rachel Clarke and Sasha Clarke (Christine Haddad); her grandchildren Antonio, Shireen, Ashley and Joshua; her siblings, Lawrence, Dorothy, Florence, Matilda and Linda as well as many nieces and nephews; And of course, the many friends that came to know and love her from all around the world.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Toronto at The Blake House on Jarvis street November 23rd, from 2 PM to 6 PM.

I will miss your sense of humour and your sarcasm. You were always smart and clever. You could think on your feet. Your were also a perpetual student. You were like me a teacher. I will miss you always. Love you alway bye for now untill we meet again.
