Obituary

Diego Orosco passed away on October 14, 2026, following a tragic car accident that caused irreparable damage to his liver.

Diego was preceded in death by Alex Nunez, Angel Orosco, and Daniel Orosco.
He is survived by his only child, Dagan Kanouff-Orosco; his mother, Mona Orosco; and his siblings, Monique Orosco, Anthony Hernandez, Jose Nunez, Camelia Orosco, and Diamond Orosco, along with the many friends and family members whose lives were forever changed by knowing him.

There are many things we can tell you with certainty about Diego. His age is not one of them. He guarded that number fiercely, so we’ll honor his wishes one final time and simply say he didn’t look a day over 27.
Diego was an artist in every sense of the word. His creativity was more than something he enjoyed, it was part of who he was. He turned that passion into a successful face-painting business, using his talent and imagination to bring color, joy, and creativity into the lives of others.
He was also one of the most tenacious people you could ever meet. Life placed more than its fair share of hurdles in Diego’s path, but giving up was simply never who he was. No matter what stood in front of him, he continued to push forward, rebuild, dream, and believe that something greater was still ahead.
Diego chose to live a deeply spiritual life. He believed in manifestation, in setting intentions, and in pursuing the dreams and goals he envisioned for himself. When Diego wanted something for his life, he didn’t just hope for it—he believed in it, spoke it into existence, and worked toward making it real.

Above all, Diego’s greatest legacy lives on through his son, Dagan, and through the family and friends who loved him. The care, passion, creativity, determination, and spirit that Diego carried throughout his life do not end with his passing. They remain in the people he influenced, the memories he created, the art he left behind, and the love he gave.
Diego’s life ended far too soon, but the impact he made while he was here will continue long beyond his years❤️

My sweet friend, I have a special place in my heart that will miss our late night conversation and cry’s we shared. I will mostly miss the instructions you left for us to finish whatever puzzle we were working on. I don’t know how we can finish another without your guidance if we do it won’t be as fun. Be sure to get some quality time with my Bri. Until I see you again you fabulous creature… peace out!
