“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23

Obituary

Deborah Ann Wilson, a beloved mother (aka Mama), grandmother (aka Nana), great-grandmother, sister, and faithful servant of the Lord, entered her eternal home in Heaven on October 19, 2025.

Born on July 14, 1955, in Orange, California, Deborah’s life was a reflection of fierce love, perseverance, and steadfast faith. She lived each day with a heart full of faith and gratitude — devoted to her family, loving everyone she came into contact with, and to walking closely with her Savior, Jesus Christ.

Deborah’s greatest joy came from her family. She is survived by her loving children Raymond, Trina, and Richard; her cherished grandchildren Brian, Sammy, Scott, Dominic, Hayley and Payton; and her precious great-granddaughter Aaliyah, who brought her endless joy.

She is also survived by her dear siblings Yvonne, Denise, Sandy, Bill (William), Theresa, and Marie, and is lovingly reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband, Brian, her parents, and her brother Michael, who preceded her in death.

Deborah’s life was marked by unshakable strength, a fierce love for her children and grandchildren, and an unwavering faith that guided her through every season of life. She approached each challenge with grace and determination, working tirelessly and giving her all in everything she put her hands to, without complaint, showing what true commitment and perseverance looked like. To her family, she was both a pillar of strength and a safe place of unconditional love — always praying, encouraging, welcoming and reminding them to trust in God with all their hearts.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 3 p.m. at HisPlace Church in Westminster, Ca. followed by a reception in the fellowship hall. For those unable to attend in person, the service will also be live-streamed on YouTube on the HisPlace Church Westminster channel, live at 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HisPlace Church, Westminster, in honor of Deborah.

As we grieve her passing, we take comfort in knowing she is fully restored and rejoicing in the presence of her Savior — reunited with her husband, parents, and loved ones who have gone before her.

I first met Deborah 25 years ago when we’d wait in the kindergarten line with my son Ben and her grandson Brian. We were always the first ones there and really had a chance to talk, while the boys played and became lifelong best friends. Deborah was so friendly , sweet and a very committed nana. Over the years, our families became family. Her home was Ben’s second home. Deborah was an incredible woman who left her mark on countless lives.

Nana was my go to for venting about everything in my life. She would give me her full attention and listen to every word I said. She never would stop me from talking which I can do forever at times. I a couple of times a week would call to check on her and have a good laugh. We laughed from our soul. She brightened my spirit for sure. I thought of calling her yesterday then remembered I just have to talk to heaven. No phone needed. I would give every dollar I'll ever have to hear her laugh one last time. She was truly an incredible woman!!

Well I was the lucky daughter (almost) that gave her a granddaughter. Deborah was the best Nana from day one!! She was also like my mom. The mom that accepted me for me and laughed at my jokes. Genuinely would laugh out loud. We talked for hours at a time. There is not one time that I couldn't count on Nana!! For myself or my daughter Samantha Rae!! For every important moment she was there. I will miss hearing her laugh!! And her advice and love!! Nana thank you for always loving us!! We love you!! We will miss you!! Now flicker on and off my lights lol
