Obituary

David Allen Roberts, aged 62, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. Born on July 2, 1963, David's journey through life was characterized by his steadfast dedication to family, his unwavering moral compass, and his compassionate heart.
A beloved husband and father, David's life was a testament to the power of love and devotion. Married to Maria Roberts for over three decades, their relationship was unity. Together, they built a home, raising two wonderful children. Derek Roberts (Kali Roberts) ,and Christopher Roberts who were the pride and joy of David’s life. Also leaving Behind his Wonderful sister Kay Minsky (sissy)and wonderful brother in law Steve Minsky as well as three grand doggies.He also lived for his 4 rotten cats.

David found joy in the simple pleasures of life with family and friends. He had many friends from Breakthru beverage and Albertsons. He was as an avid sports enthusiast, often seen cheering on his favorite football team, the Jacksonville Jaguars. He spent   many peaceful mornings in the woods where he found both serenity and fulfillment.It was his happy place.Mostly cutting down trees and burning stuff .

Professionally, David Retired from Breakthru beverage whose dedication to earned him the respect and of his colleagues. He was known for his   funny personality. David's humor touched everyone he encountered. He leaves behind a legacy of love, cherished memories, and the lessons of a life well-lived. In addition to his beloved wife, Maria, David is survived by his two children and a daughter in law and a wide circle of family and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts. While his presence will be deeply missed, those who knew him find comfort in knowing that David's spirit will continue to guide and inspire them. A private memorial service will be held to celebrate David's extraordinary life, honoring a man who profoundly impacted all who were fortunate enough to know him.

My deepest condolences to you and your family. I remember the friendship and humor David had. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. I wish you and your boys the comfort only God can give.

Maria, I was so sorry to hear of David's passing. he was such a good guy and you made a beautiful family. I can't help but think of all the good times we had working at Albertsons. My first ever brother in law through love. He was a spit fire to deal with and he either liked you or DIDNT...no in between with him. Please take comfort in knowing hes with both of our mommas in Heaven. Hes probably playing a guitar while our mommas are Juk'in together. My love runs so deep for your family. I love you all
