From the time we first met, Dale was cordial, enjoying life and showing great love, care and concern for his family. On an early visit to our home in Maryland Dale, Sharmon and I went to the old Capitol Center in Largo, MD and saw ELVIS!! even thought we were in the 'nosebleed' seats we had a great time! One funny thing I will never forget while they visited was we had an Italian dinner and I broke out the Galiano and after dinner my husband broke out some B&B (benedictine and brandy) which is to be sipped. Dale picked up his glass and downed it! His eyes grew very big and after choking he had a glass of water! We laughed for quite a while and he took it in stride! All in all he exhibited his love and care for his family. Was sorry to hear of his decision to not continue treatment, but God Bless him, he knew what was right for him and stuck to his decision. You are in our hearts and will not be forgotten. The Chadwick Family

I am very sad to hear about Dale. I have known Dale ever since he married Sharmon.I loved to visit them in Streator. My daughter,Billy, Randi and Michael had such fun times together. Dale was such a friendly and caring person. He loved to have a good time. Always wanting to take us different great looking places. I wish that I could have gone out to see them, but it never happened. I know that he will be missed by so many people. Rest in Peace Dale. My prayers are with you and your family 🙏🙏🙏

I met Dale at St. Francis Hospital in April 1976. We have been friends since. He married my sister Sharmon and we played cards many many times until they moved to Las Vegas. Dale and I had many good times, playing cards, fishing and just talking and laughing. He was a caring and loving person. His laughter will be missed. He always made anything to be the best it could be.

On one of our many Utah condo trips, we were playing cards with Dale & Sharmon - Dale shouted "show your "ca-juners"! We laughed until we cried!
