Life has taken from us a truly beautiful soul. Preston was the kindest, most humble and dedicated leader we had at Kanga High School. As the school Captain, he led with quiet strength, excellence and a heart that touched many lives. My deepest condolences to his family. Rest well, Preston—until we meet again.

My friend from high school who 'followed' me to School of Pharmacy, University of Nairobi.
We served together in the pharmacy students association and formed KePhSA that he led as its first president.
Unknown to each other, Preston left for UK almost the same time I left for Canada. We shared deeply the Kanga High School spirit of excellence and faithful service.
It's devastating to see that death has snatched you from this world at your prime.
Son of Suba, I am pained!
Rest well my brother.

It’s beyond sad to see an incredible person like you leave so soon. You were kind gentle and always positive. Our labs would not be the same without your intelligent contribution.

Preston, calm and demure do no justice to who you are. You are a smart man and a wonderful person, it's been an honour knowing you. We talked about our plans and shared our goals, which is why this saddens me so much.

I pray for the loved ones you've left behind.

We will miss you Preston.

The world lost on a smart wholesome gentleman! Met him recently on the OSPAP program, and it was a pleasure to know and work with him. Now i call him my brother.

This is so heartbreaking to hear. Preston was a visionary man, focused and friendly. Still hard to believe that I saw him a day before his passing hale and hearty. What an impactful life!

On the 14th of February, we spoke on the phone for over twenty minutes. You told me you had not been feeling well the previous week, but you were getting better and were on medication. Yet we still found time to laugh and talk about our goals and dreams after OSPAP.

The following week, you were back in school and we were in the same group. I left a little earlier that day and told you I would see you the next week. I had no idea that would be the last time I would see you.

Preston, you were truly a good man — kind, accommodating, and always willing to help others. These classes will never feel the same without you.

Rest peacefully, Preston. Your memory will remain with me always. 🤍

I met Preston during OSPAP and we once spoke about our journeys. The last time I saw him, he wished me “all the best” just before I went into my exam. That small moment will always stay in my heart. Rest in peace, Preston. You will be remembered. 🙏

He was such a sweet and kind soul. I still remember just a few weeks ago when my friend Wahab passing by, and his friend from Kenya had come to visit here on campus. He asked us to take a picture together so he could show his family and friends back home that he was truly studying here on the OSPAP course. It was such a simple, genuine moment, full of hope and pride.

To hear this news now is incredibly sad and hard to believe. His passing is a great loss, and he will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. May his soul rest in peace, and may his family and loved ones find strength during this very difficult time.

A fine young man. Preston radiated calmness, kindness, and intelligence. Within three months of OSPAP with Preston, we went from being total strangers to brothers.
Rest in power, Preston.

It was on a Sunday afternoon around June last year at the Tesco Portsmouth City centre when my mate and I were doing brief shopping. From a distance two guys approached us since we looked "new" kama wengi wetu huku UK. A jovial man engaged us asking more about our stay, experience and social being in the area. The man was Preston together with Reinhard. We exchanged numbers and became more than friends. I used to consult you as my elder brother in the UK especially on Pharmacy career route for my wife who is yet to join me in the UK. I remember when u used to tell me how things are regardless of how harsh they seemed to be. Meeting you with your wife Lavender in one of the joints in Dec was the last day I saw you. In our last 20 mins call last month, we promised to visit one another once the winter is gone, little did I know, you will go sooner than the winter. Nyama choma na samaki from home was ever being mentioned.
Baa, God has the reason why this was to be this way but the question is, why you, why this soon, mbona??? Go well bro

You insisted that I walk you a distance the last time we were together, and I had no idea that I was walking you for the last time in my life. It's unbelievable. Good night, buddy.
