Courtney Breann McRae Grant

Give yourself some grace. Give space to your emotions. And then run with the strength you have and not an ounce more because what you already DO is enough. And learn to be ok with that. Always strive for greatness and to be better than you were the day before, but set realistic expectations and never beat yourself up over what didn't get done. Pat yourself on the back for what was accomplished!
