Obituary

Connie Jarrett, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother filled her incredible 89 years of life with grace, love and beauty in all that she touched. She was called to heaven suddenly on November 6th, 2025, moments after smiling and laughing with her husband. She is survived by her husband Michael, with whom she shared 67 years of marriage. As well as her four children: Steven, Elaine, Kevin, and Traci, her seven grandchildren: Stephanie, Michael, Jamie, Harley, Theresa, Carolynn, and Eliot, and two great-grandchildren, Caden and Ethan.

Connie was born March 29th, 1936 to Rose (Dolce) Interrante and Dominic Interrante. She grew up in Brooklyn, New York and married Michael on April 13th, 1958. Her children and her family were the focus of her life. Her faith in God and devotion to her husband remained despite the challenges life presented. In the 1990s, Connie and Michael moved to Port Orange, Florida to enjoy their retirement. She loved shopping, spending time at the Symrna Yacht Club, tending to her garden, and visiting with her loving family. Connie was pure joy to be around, it was impossible to not be warmed by her radiant kindness and gentle soul.

She is deeply missed by many.

So Many Memories and one of the very first was back in 2003 when Connie took a picture of Harold and myself cruising in intercoastal by the SYC and unbeknown to us took a cute picture of us and sent it to me and to this day still have it in a frame with such wonderful heartfelt thoughts of her and Mike.
We were also blessed to a be a part of their 50th anniversary at the Club and also, I was honored to host her Commodore's Lady Cocktail Party and Boy!! we all loved the tale decor as each table had a hat on and some vintage from members who loved her and loved here stylish hats xo the party was the best.
Her loving smile and gentle voice always comforted me when we were together and each year made sure, I got a message to Connie and Mike on the A Day xo
So, all said Just the MOST Important is that my heart and prayers are with Mike and all he kidz and grandkiz and greats to let them know how Blessed Harold and I are to have had here in our Lives. Sending My Prayers for comfort in the tears and know what a Treasure she was to ME xo

Mike and Jarrett family: While Connie was gently quiet, she was a strong force to be reckoned with! That rang out loud & clear over the 20 yrs we’ve known her. I truly enjoyed her company and admired her values & life priorities. Our sincere condolences. Karen & Jim

Connie was a very special person. Even after all these years she never forgot my Birthday or Christmas. I looked forward to her cards with her impeccable handwriting and thoughtful messages. She was a great friend to our family and the world is less bright without her presence. Love and prayers go out to Mike and family.
