What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others.

Obituary

Christopher James William Manning, of Thunder Bay, passed away on November 21, 2025, at the age of 42. Born on July 25, 1983, Christopher was a cherished presence in the lives of those who knew him.

He will be remembered for his wicked sense of humour and rapier wit. He enjoyed playing football and playing pranks. Drinking out of a gravy boat at a restaurant, almost ploughing his cousin Kristen down when he was learning to ride a bike; these were his comedic routines which always left us laughing. As he got older, he began to struggle with addiction, and in the end we lost him to a fatal overdose.

Christopher’s memory will live on in our lives. His wit, humour, and unique way of looking at the world will never be forgotten.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and will be deeply missed.
