Your legacy of love will forever light our way.
Obituary
We are deeply saddened to share the news of Bradly (Brad)’s sudden passing on February 8, 2026.
Bradly grew up in Gibsons, BC, where he developed his deep love for the outdoors and strong sense of community. In his younger years, he was a proud member of the 858 Skookumchuck Squadron in Sechelt. He aged out as a Flight Sergeant and later returned as a Civilian Instructor, giving back to the program that helped shape his discipline, leadership, and early passion for aviation. Those years reflected the determination and adventurous spirit that would continue to define him throughout his life.
In 2018, Bradly moved to Kelowna to pursue higher education and follow his dream of becoming a commercial pilot. It was in Kelowna that he built a life he loved and where he met his fiancée, Baylee, the love of his life. He was looking forward to marrying her and starting their life together. He was known for his gift for making friends wherever he went and his passion for sports, especially volleyball, golf, snowboarding and fishing. A dedicated pilot, he found immense joy in flying his Piper Cherokee and sharing that experience with others.
Bradly was predeceased by his father, Ken, in 2024. He is survived by his fiancée, Baylee; his mother, Ana; his siblings Sharlene (Michael), Hausen (Herschel), and Heidi; and his nieces and nephews Skyler, Sophia, and Sebastian. He was also a devoted cat dad to Anakin, Gnocchi, and Sweet Murphy. He made time when he could to visit Bobo, the family dog. Bradly leaves behind a wide circle of extended family and countless friends whose lives he touched in every place he lived, worked, and explored.
