Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved Bob Round. Bob passed away aged 86 on 15th April, at Eastbourne District Hospital, following a short illness.
Bob was a much-loved husband to Barbara; dad to Paul, Mark and Matthew; father-in-law to Nurhayat, Salena and Sarah; brother to Peter; grandad to Jake, Nina, Thomas, Lewis and Oliver; and uncle to Nigel, Andrew, Lisa, Linda, Sandra, Steven and Dean.
The passing of Bob leaves a space that cannot be filled. Yet the memories, lessons, and moments shared will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know him. A kind and gentle family man, Bob will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered forever.

Bob Round. A tall and handsome man. A gentleman. This is how I remembered him when I met him for the first time in summer 1997. Always welcoming and kind, with a smile, a good word and a joke. Years later, I introduced Bob to my partner. We had a great day in Eastbourne, walking on the cliffs. Bob and his late wife, Barbara, are people, who touched our hearts and will stay in our hearts forever. ILONA and RIZWAN.
