Bhagwan Babur

Let's celebrate a soul who lived a life of purpose, love and service; inspiring us everyday. A father figure to many, a caring mentor, he made us laugh while shaping our lives for the better with Kindness and Light...
Obituary
Spirituality teaches us that we don’t have to ‘survive’ in this world, we have to ‘serve’ here, just like nature.
This is exactly what Daddy did….he would always say, we need to put the knowledge into action. He flowed like the river, nourishing every soul he met with love, encouragement and whatever they needed.
The more one gives, the stronger one will be mentally and spiritually. this is a spiritual law.
He was truly a strong man. He practiced detachment and ensured we, the family, are all at ease always.
We don’t feel the loss as his innumerable actions keep showing us the way forward….
A true tribute to this outstanding soul would be to learn how to make our life journey so meaningful, just as he did…
In Gratitude always

It has taken me many months to write this, not because the words were hard to find, but because there were so many of them; and because your presence in my life was too deep to capture quickly. Some souls leave such a profound imprint that reflection takes time, and you are one of those rare, beautiful beings.
You lived with your mind, body, and spirit in harmony, and it showed in everything you did. You moved through life with quiet strength, wisdom, and grace. You had a way of uplifting everyone around you - effortlessly, selflessly, and without ever asking for anything in return.
Giving was not something you practiced occasionally; it was who you were. You never turned anyone away who came to you in need or in search of help. You taught me, by example, that when you are able to help, you do so, without hesitation, without judgment, and without conditions. That lesson has stayed with me throughout my life and continues to guide how I show up for others.
One of the moments that defines you most for me is the way you stood by me when I lost my father. From the very moment he passed, you were there, every step of the way, every minute, without wavering. You did not need to say much. Your presence alone was strength. You carried me through those days with a quiet, unquestionable support that I will never forget. When we went together to Beas to disperse his ashes, you stood beside me as a pillar - steady, compassionate, and deeply human, helping me do what I could not have done alone.
To stand at that same place just a few years later, this time with your ashes, was a feeling beyond words. It was overwhelming, sacred, and unforgettable. I felt both the weight of loss and the honour of being present for you in those moments, just as you had been for me. To walk that path with you - in life, in loss, and in farewell, is something I will carry with me always.
You were a constant source of inspiration to me. Through your actions, you showed me that true strength lies in kindness, that service is a privilege, and that humility carries more power than recognition ever could. You lived your values quietly, consistently, and with integrity, and in doing so, you shaped the lives of so many.
Your passing was sudden and painful, leaving a silence that is deeply felt. Yet even in your absence, you remain present. You live on in the lessons you taught, the compassion you embodied, and the countless lives you touched.
You gave endlessly. You loved deeply. You lived meaningfully. And though you were taken far too soon, your legacy continues; not measured in time, but in the lives changed by simply knowing you.
Thank you, Mama, for standing by me when I needed you most, for all that you gave, and for the guiding light you continue to be in my life. Love you.

Naana was amongst the 5 people whose feet I have touched till date. Whenever I met him, I would always get to learn something new about life or the world. He showed that it is not your position in family or society or work which wins you respect, but it's about leading by example.
His dedication to waking up early daily and doing yoga without fail, in a routine almost like clockwork, was incredible. This is despite having to run a growing business and balancing giving time to his family, and being the head of the household. I still don't know how he found the time for everything I just mentioned, but now that I think of it, it's something very few men that I know, can achieve.
His acts of generosity are legendary in our family and community, no doubt. But it was his ability to don many hats with a big heart and a calm, intelligent mind, which is more admirable in my eyes. You need to develop and love yourself before others, that is what Naana believed in, and sums up his success in life.
I was also amazed at his rare quality of not forgetting to laugh and make others do it too despite him having been required to be serious many times. In fact, his last words to me were to forget about what wrong is happening and he let out his signature laugh, which will always echo loudly in my head.
Even if I become 1 percent of what he was, I think I would make him happy above and live up to being his grandson.
Om Shanti 🙏 Love, Dhruv.
But when I got to meet Naana for the first time in Bombay, I felt redeemed. I was amazed with his purity of thoughts, his passion for not just insurance, but even yoga, laughter, travelling and his willingness to evolve constantly. Later, I found out how successful he was, and I was not surprised one bit.
It is not just about what you achieve in life, it's about how you want to be remembered and treat others around you.
He had a strong aura but was humble too. That is a rare quality and something to learn. I will always remember his words of support and motivation for me on a regular basis no matter how busy he was, whether in person or on WhatsApp or videos.
I have no doubt that Naana came into my life as an avatar of my late grandfather, and both would have gotten along very well I am sure. I will always remain very attached to him and believe that wherever he is in his heavenly abode, he is looking at me smiling and pulling God by his ears to protect me always from any troubles.
Om Shanti 🙏 Love, Aadhya.

In a world where smiles are rare and laughter is priceless, Bhagwan Babur shines like a beacon of joy.
His laughter isn’t just a sound—it’s a wave of happiness that touches every heart.
Like the Laughing Buddha, he teaches us that life’s true treasures are not riches or fame but kindness, a warm smile, and the ability to spread cheer wherever you go.
To know Bhagwan Babur is to know light, love, and positivity.
May his laughter echo forever in our hearts,
reminding us to live with gratitude, share joy generously,
and embrace life with a twinkle in the eye.
Bhagwan Bhai, you taught us how to laugh and we truly remember you, love you, and miss you, Bhagwan Babur.
I remember you coming to all our retreat programmes in Lonavala, Khapoli, and even to Lakshadweep on the cruise—always teaching us how to laugh & be happy.
One thing I will never forget is your laughter in every phone call you made.
You spread a contagious wave of happiness in every recorded message on my mobile phone.
Thank you so much—you are and will always be our true Laughing Buddha.
🙏 Thank you, Bhagwan Babur, for being the joy we all need.

Your outlook on life was truly incredible. Your ability to do good and your gift for helping others and guiding them to see things from a different perspective left me speechless.
You met my two children, hugged them, and gave them so much love; I will always remember that. Now that you're gone, and it's strange, but you've left a mark, you've left a legacy... you'll always be here.
We are forever grateful for your love and blessings. 🙏

Lots of Gratitude 🙏
He changed us. Not in a single day, but through small acts that, like invisible threads, wove a new meaning into our lives. His legacy is not measured in monuments or in words carved in stone, but in every smile he inspired, in every hope he ignited, and in every life he touched with the purity of his kindness.
If the world were full of people like him, it would be a different place: a world where beauty would not be just a concept, but the very essence of life. A world where perfection would not be an impossible dream, because humanity would look at itself with the same love, respect, and generosity with which he always looked at us.
Today, even though his physical presence is no longer here, his light remains. It lives in our memories, in the lessons he left us, and in every moment we choose to act with the same dedication and generosity he taught us. Because his life was a lesson, and his memory, a promise: that we will continue to carry his kindness into the world, so that his legacy will never end.

It is a rare blessing in life to have someone like you — kind-hearted, well-disciplined, and always ready to help others without expecting anything in return. You touched so many lives with your quiet strength, generosity, and unwavering principles.
We were fortunate to share our lives with you, to learn from your example, and to witness the grace with which you lived — a life of dignity, balance, and good health. You taught us that true discipline is not about strictness, but about consistency, respect, and care for others.
In the end, you left this world as you lived in it — peacefully, gracefully, and without burdening anyone. Your memory will remain a guiding light for all of us, reminding us that goodness is the greatest legacy a person can leave behind.
We will miss you deeply, but we carry your lessons in our hearts forever.
With Love and Grace
I am truly grateful to you dil se for being my loving caring God Father.''Thank you'' is a very small word to express my gratitude for always standing for me. I am right now sitting in your room, on your bed in your place writing my Gratitudes. Shall always miss you tremendously. You've helped me write from the time when I became a member of this family. First initially you allowed me to do typing in your office so that I could practice it regularly. From there our lovely bond has started. I know for sure you always had a soft heart for me. That's how I've come along with you. That's how I've come here to express my heartfelt gratitudes.
You and Didi have always been a strong support pillar throughout our thick and thin journey. Your honest advices have always supported us on the right path of our own individual journeys. You have been a guide to many people and you've always given honest and right suggestions to many for which everyone is respecting you and praising you to the skies, which you are totally worth of.
As the respective head of our family you've always made fair justice to everybody. You have always blessed us with 'NISWARTH BAO', never expecting in return. You are gem of a person, who motivated me through a low phase of my life and am eternally grateful for you.

He was a friend and a guide , who’d always try his best to come home to meet me and Saroj, along with Meena during his visit to Mumbai .
He had a unique gift for listening and guiding with compassion and love , and his visits filled our time together with laughter and love .
His laughter and yoga sessions were a testament to his zest for life . He always believed in the power of positive thoughts.and spirituality .
His laughter will always echo in our thoughts with a smile , when we think about him , and his absence will always be felt deeply .
His simplicity and humility were profoundly touching. Despite his vast knowledge, he attended every class with the innocent curiosity of a child — a quality only a truly divine soul can embody. In every way, he lived up to his name, *Bhagwan*.
His most favorite 5G( GROUNDING in present, GLAD ACCEPTANCE of life as it is, throbing in GRATITUDE in every moment, GIVING selflessly with love and passion and setting GOALS to be a better version of self) from Aantarmukh was applied to the T by him in his life.
His loving presence will always be felt, and I will strive to inculcate his kind of virtues in my life.

teachings will always remain with us forever ...Hariom 🌹🌹

"जब तू आया जगत में, लोग हँसे तू रोय।
ऐसी करनी कर चल, कि तू हँसे जग रोय॥"
Meaning in English:
When you were born, the world laughed and you cried.
Live in such a way that when you die, the world cries and you laugh.
Whoever has known Uncle will feel that this verse was written for him. He was a man who lived a life of virtue, kindness, and service—leaving a void in our hearts, yet departing in peace.
My mother grew up alongside him and Shyam Uncle, as they were of the same age. She often shared stories of how Uncle and his siblings faced hardships in their early years, yet their love for one another remained unshakable—an enduring example for all of us. Uncle achieved much in his lifetime, but what truly defined him was his unwavering commitment to service and giving back.
He always carried a smile. Even now, when I close my eyes, I can see him smiling and joking. Among the many moments that reflect his character, one incident remains etched in my heart. We were once travelling together in an autorickshaw in Mumbai. The fare was ₹26. Uncle handed the driver ₹50. While the driver searched for change, Uncle gently said, “Please keep it.” At first, the driver was stunned. Then, when he realised that Uncle truly meant it, the gratitude and joy on his face were priceless. Such small gestures were his way of spreading happiness—even to strangers.
Uncle always believed in the power of positive thoughts. In my life, he has been a role model, inspiring me on many levels. If anyone finds even a little goodness in me, it is because of his influence. I feel deeply blessed by God to have known him in this lifetime, and I thank God for the same.
As Aunty fondly called you “Raja,” you truly are a King—now ruling in the vastness of the Universe. Though your physical presence would be missed, yet your light remains—guiding, smiling and reminding us to live with kindness and happiness for all.
You truly have lived your name. You have contributed magnanimously to our business and helped us at a time we needed your support the most, with unconditional love and respect. You truly give graciously, giving all the credit to God.Your virtues of humility, equanimity, generosity, honesty , integrity are to be salutes. The Laughter therapy tips have transformed my life 180 degrees. You were an asset to Mother Earth.Eternally grateful to you.Yet to come across a noble soul like you

His presence brought a warm and uplifting aura to every class. Always cheerful and full of life, he motivated us with his infectious laughter and made everyone feel like family.
His positivity, guidance, and the life lessons he imparted will always remain in our hearts.
We are forever grateful for his love and blessings. 🙏

You will be always missed in my life cause God had sent you like an angel in my life to provide for my hostel fees. so that I could pursue my studies in physiotherapy. Thank you for your generosity and love

Thank you for giving us such a stellar example on how to live life with laughter & peace throughout.
I feel deep sorrow about the fact that I had been away from you some time before you left us but it was all in effort to make you proud, and I hope that you will be.
I’m blessed to be a part of a legacy that you have created and I’m honoured to call myself your granddaughter.
I hope that someday you look at me from up there & feel pride in who I’ve become. I will strive for it each day.
Immense gratitude, respect & unexplainable amount of love for you. Will miss you forever 🤍

Dear Daddy,
We all miss you and your words and presence. We always realize, first of all that how you had accepted me, Mamta and Dhruv as we were in the earlier days which we know and understand was so difficult for you as a parent. We are eternally grateful for that.
You have always guided us gently and with love, showing us the right path and leading us in the right direction always .
We have learned so much from you - to love and respect everyone in all situations and you have taught us everything happens at its own time. We also realize how much you have helped and supported everyone emotionally and financially everyday just going and lending a hand to everyone in need unconditionally…
Your life has truly been an inspiration for us…the way you were so flexible and so health conscious and so helpful and generous and always laughing and making everyone laugh…
Lots of respect and love. I seek forgiveness if I have ever hurt you in any way🙏🙏❤️ kunal
