Anne Catherine Davis, of Sandy, Utah, took her last breath on her 66th birthday as loved ones held her hands and reluctantly let her spirit go.

In her personal life, Anne was a busy, loving wife and mother who filled her household with pets, thriving plants, and family memorabilia. Anne was a parish cantor and soloist. A dramatic soprano, Anne was blessed with a rich, powerful, and emotive voice. Her singing touched hearts and souls at masses, weddings, and funerals for decades. Anne was awed by the natural world from oceans to majestic mountains and beautiful sunsets. Anne appreciated an array of music from Gregorian chants, traditional lullabies, musicals, and contemporary genres, to the silliness of Weird Al Yankovic. She enjoyed arts and crafts, always had supplies on hand in case inspiration hit. Anne like discussing current events, particularly those related to social justice. Also, she especially enjoyed buying gifts for her loved ones. Anne’s courageous journey with disability and illness began many years before she became a grandmother.
Anne is survived by her devoted husband, Joel Partee, her daughters Elizabeth Anne Marlow (Bill Marlow), Sara Dawn Davis, and Rachael Davis Partee, six loving, talented, and beautiful grandchildren, her siblings Marie "Ree" Gale, Charles Davis, Bernard Davis (Andrea Mather), Regina Davis (Robert Brebbia) and their children Catherine Brebbia (Eric Bishop) and Tori Brebbia (Lao LLanos), and James Davis. Alejandro Beltran), Michael Dolan, and his three children, and William Dolan. She is also lovingly remembered by parents-in-law, Barbara H. Partee (Vladimir Borschev), Morris Partee (Donna M. Partee), her first best and friend for life Janet Schoenberger Miller as well as other friends and members of the extended Davis, Dolan, Hanrehan, and Partee families.
