In the hearts of those who loved you, you will always be.
Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dearest friend and brother, Amar. For over five wonderful years, Amar served as a brilliant dental tutor at Guy's Hospital, where his passion for teaching and dedication to dentistry inspired everyone around him. He guided countless students with unmatched patience, wisdom, and a genuinely kind heart, leaving a lasting legacy within the hospital community.
To us, Amar was far more than just a talented colleague. Working side by side with him for over half a decade, we came to know him as a core part of our lives, sharing a bond that stretched far beyond the workplace. Together, we became a tight-knit group of seven brothers who shared everything, creating a second family built on unconditional support and loyalty.
Amar was our best friend, the life of our holidays, and a constant anchor in our lives. He brought warmth, laughter, and comfort to our brightest adventures and our hardest workdays alike. His presence brought a unique light into our world, and his absence leaves a profound void. We will forever cherish the beautiful memories we shared across our travels and daily lives, and he will remain eternally in our hearts. As we grieve this immense loss, our thoughts are foremost with his loving wife and two beautiful children whom he leaves behind. Amar’s greatest joy was his family, and his legacy of love will live on through them.
We will miss you and love you always our brother,
Mo, Romit, Mark, Pradeep, Georgios and Savi

Much more than a colleague you were a mentor, a friend, a brother and the first person I’d turn to for help. Not just with work related stuff; you even helped me choose an engagement ring!
We were so glad to have you at our wedding just a few weeks ago, and though only a small consolation, I’m happy that our last time together was such a joyous occasion. I’ll never forget your infectious smile, I will always look up on clinic and expect to see your beaming face asking if I need any help. The staff and students all adored you, you’ve left a gigantic hole that will never be filled.
So sleep well, this is not goodbye, just farewell for now.
All my love,
Mark Michel

As I sit reminiscing over our journey from when I first met you on Floor 26 of Guys tower as a newbie and we instantly clicked, I'm struggling to put words down what emotions I'm going through. It feels like everything that can be said will somehow not feel like enough.
Like so many others, my heart is filled with so many emotions. Devastation. Sadness. Sorrow. Shock. Just a few of the feelings we've all been trying to process.
But the more I reflect and think back to all the times we've shared together, the more I realise how blessed I was. Blessed to have you as my friend. Blessed to have known you. Blessed to have seen, first-hand, the way you held our friendship so close to you.
You weren't just a brother– you were the heart of our group. The person everyone looked up to, turned to, and wanted to be around. Myself, Romit, Mark, Pradeep, Georgios and Savi have been in absolute pieces this weekend. You were taken from us too soon. And it crushes us knowing that you wont be around anymore. We created the most amazing bond together, something that I thought could not be broken. I will cherish our memories, our evenings together, the holidays we all had and the intimate moments of brotherhood.
You were a father figure to so many students, a role model, and someone who had a way of making everyone feel safe and welcome. You were respected by everyone whose life you touched, and I don't think words will ever truly capture how much you'll be missed.
What gives me comfort is knowing that your legacy will live on. It lives on in your children in the family you kept so close, and in the countless memories you've left us with. We were incredibly lucky to have had you in our lives.
I'd give anything to see your name pop up on my phone one more time. But this time, it's time for me to sign off.
Until we meet again Amar,
You will always be loved, always be remembered, and never forgotten.
Mo (Your Floor 26 Partner in crime)
