Alicia left us on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at the age of 74. She will be remembered for many things, including her kindness, love, and the lasting impact she had on the lives of those around her. She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth and her siblings, Angie, Rosa, and Tony. Alicia will live in our hearts forever.

Alicia was kind, intelligent, honest, friendly, talented, patient, tender, loyal, caring, beautiful, passionate - these are some of the words that come to my mind when thinking about my Alicia, my beloved wife of 52 years. She played the piano beautifully, and she was quite passionate about her ballroom dancing. She loved music - she had very eclectic tastes ranging from Mozart to Andrea Bocelli to Zucchero to Buena Vista Social club to James Taylor to Diana Krall and many more.
Alicia era amable, inteligente, honesta, amigable, talentosa, paciente, tierna, leal, cariñosa, hermosa, apasionada: estas son algunas de las palabras que me vienen a la mente cuando pienso en mi Alicia, mi amada esposa durante 52 años. Tocaba el piano maravillosamente y le apasionaban los bailes de salón. Alicia loved dogs, in particular our Goldendoodle, Rosie, but she loved all dogs and most animals.

We enjoyed practicing Spanish with one another, though I was the one that needed the most practice. We enjoyed watching telenovelas, and most evenings we watched telenovelas together. Lo Que La Vida Me Robó seems particularly appropiate at this moment.

We enjoyed taking cruises together. We visited Alaska, Mexico, the Caribbean, Brazil, Tahiti. Alicia particularly loved Tahiti.

Alicia relished good food, especially, Mexican. She also enjoyed Italian and Chinese food.

Alicia and I had a full life together. We were soulmates. I could not have dreamed of a better partner. I will forever be grateful that I found her and that she accepted me as her husband. We had a wonderful life. It's too bad that all good things must come to an end. Adios mi amor, mi vida. Me uniré contigo cortamente... 😔♥️
